My wife and I needed to update our wills and needed very prompt service. Wendy went above and beyond in meeting our timeline. Wendy seemed to want to keep my case going on and on, with the other attorney, even though I wanted it settled. I would receive a letter in the mail practically every day. All this was to her was $$$$. She knew I had just gotten a workers compensation settlement and was determined she was going to us...e it up on my custody settlement. There were so many billing errors, it was unbelievable. After paying over $20,000 for a simple custody case that never got settled, I had to find another attorney. He settled it in a matter of two weeks. Now 13 years later, a little over $1000 that was in dispute in billing errors has come back to haunt me. She has once again turned me over to a collection agency. I keep telling her to take me to court but she knows I will win. So now I have this on my record again! She does not do what's best for the client. She does what's best for Wendy's pocketbook.
