I am very disappoint and regret of hire this lawyer for my case. Dale is very laid back on his way to defense his clients...pretty much care about money then make a fair agreement for the benefit of his clients. Old school way to deal trials in court don't show empathy or compassion for your kids nei...ther for you case also careless about win your case he is more count on how many hours he can work on the courtroom to make money. He don't give right advice about dealing correct whit the law and that is risky for any case. Take so much time going on and off at the courtroom just to make money for his hours of service. I won't hired a lawyer like no even for easy cases.
