Not professional and too much ego
He lies to his client. When you catch him in his lie, he would try to insult you claiming you should not ask questions, as most of his clients don’t. His excuses are laughable.

Rude, untimely, disrespectful
I hired him to do estate planning documents and it took 10 months to complete. After receiving and discussing the 1st draft he indicated I would receive a draft with the revisions I requested in a week. I also received a bill which I paid promptly. No Follow Up
We met with Keith Brown for estate planning. We had a good meeting. He outlined information we needed to collect in order to complete a will. I forwarded all he asked for immediately. We never heard from him again and our will was never completed.
