Not professional and too much ego

He lies to his client. When you catch him in his lie, he would try to insult you claiming you should not ask questions, as most of his clients don’t. His excuses are laughable.

Rude, untimely, disrespectful

I hired him to do estate planning documents and it took 10 months to complete. After receiving and discussing the 1st draft he indicated I would receive a draft with the revisions I requested in a week. I also received a bill which I paid promptly. After 2 weeks I inquired on the drafts and was prom...ised "next week". This went on for several weeks and "next week" came and went. When I asked why the delay after 7 months, he rudely said "I wasn't his only client". It took the pandemic that shut everything down to get the revised documents. And not only did he neglect to make some changes I requested, he added things and did not tell me. I had to start over reviewing them and I had a lot of questions because it was like new documents. After a couple of phone meetings, he was annoyed with me, said "most clients don't ask questions", tried to rush me through finishing up, and had to charge me more because I was taking up too much of his time. To sum up: didn't listen, annoyed by questions, wants me to have cookie cutter documents, didn't have my best interest, I wasn't an important client I have a full timeline should you need to verify

No Follow Up

We met with Keith Brown for estate planning. We had a good meeting. He outlined information we needed to collect in order to complete a will. I forwarded all he asked for immediately. We never heard from him again and our will was never completed.
