William F. Schroeder

I have been practicing for 36 years.   While in law school, I worked full time as a law clerk at a mid-sized Bucks County firm.  In law school, I was on the Dean's List for three consecutive years.   I have a civil practice, handling the types of legal matters most often faced in the Bucks-Montgomery area.   I have been appointed by the Court of Common Pleas to serve as a Chairman of a Board of View which determines the compensation to be paid in eminent domain cases.   I have also been active with the Bucks County Bar Association where I have been Editor of the Bucks County Law Reporter and have served as a Committee Chairman.   I handle all types of civil cases, but my practice has gravitated toward real estate law, including land use matters as well as the purchase and sale of real estate and construction disputes, estate planning and administration, and litigation arising out of real estate, estate and commercial disputes.  My office is conveniently located in the Commonwydds office campus on York Road near Almshouse Road in Jamison.  Office hours are flexible and, if necessary, I can travel to your location.
