Steve was amazing! He fought hard for our special needs daughter and kept us updated. He responded promptly by e-mail and phone. He made us feel like a very important client, although I am sure he had plenty of them! The process was emotional and frustrating for us and he walked us through it with e...xceptional kindness and understanding of our frustration with all the bureaucracy involved when fighting the IU. He eventually won our case, got our daughter everything she needed and a compensatory education account from the IU for everything they didn't do while we were in this process. When the director of the specialized preschool we were fighting to send her to was contacted by the IU they angrily wanted to know "where we found him", they clearly didn't like to go against him, which is a good thing :)!
