I spent the last five years as a federal attorney with the National Labor Relations Board specialized in investigating and prosecuting allegations of unlawful labor practice under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). There is often a misconception that the NLRA is only for those that are members of the union and or "blue collar" workers. That is not true. The NLRA is applicable to private employers and certain professionals.
