I hired her to represent me in a civil case before a magistrate. She showed up for the first part of the hearing, sat there looking bored, objected 3x, overruled 2x. Date set for the rest of the hearing and she asked for a postponement. Granted. The date for the hearing was set again and AGAIN she as...ked for a postponement. This time it was "no". The hearing was set for a Monday and I had not heard from her by the preceeding Friday so I called her office. I said I will see you Monday and she said "no you won't".No reason, just that statement. I was shocked. Had I not called her on Friday, I would have had no idea that she blew me off. We had subpoened a witness and I counted on him to show up; but he did not either. I lost, of course.
