Poor Criminal Defense

I went to him to fight a misdemeanor from 2019. He talked me into taking an ARD program even though I was the abusee. I had my face blackened and ribs bruised by my ex, was tackled and tased by the police officer because I didn't want to be touched due to just being assaulted by my ex. Then he tells ...me pleading guilty is the best way to go??? Absolutely horrible criminal defense!

Just plain ignored me

He seemed like a nice guy but he just didn't do anything. He showed up but then couldn't remember what I did or didn't pay him for. Finally he had conversations with the court and other attorneys but never even shared info with me. never returns calls. Last straw was custody hearing he knew about for... over a month and let me know only 2 days before hand! What a waste of money.

When it looks like a lost cause......

I was looking at 25 to life for a crime I DID NOT COMMIT. That being said, if I were a police officer, jurist, or whatever. I would have to say that all seemed hopeless. The circumstantial evidence against me was overwhelming to say the least. Vito himself smirked at my predicament and almost laughe...d as I tried to plead my case. He instantly started talking plea deals as I protested. I think it took a few weeks before he finally started to believe me. I know he was very busy. I think he was running for office or something. I hounded him constantly until one night I saw him sitting outside the home of the man I blamed for setting me up, it was 4am. After a few continuances and months of painstaking work Vito DIDN'T have a jury find me not guilty. He had the whole case thrown out and I was to received a public apology from my accuser which I declined because that accuser was now the victim. I can only now write of this case and hopefully in the near future update the story with the arrest of the guilty. Vito's job being done he continues on making sure the guilty will pay for their crimes. Vito still works this case from time to time and calls me to keep me abreast and compare notes. He is an asset to the whole community and a man of his word. 5 Stars plus. In my profile I have mentioned that I have worked with several attorney's in the past. This is not due to a criminal history rather a professional career requiring their services. Vito was suggested by one of them and was my pick out of 6 that I interviewed for my case. He was the ONLY one who sincerely believed in my innocence and suggested we battle in that direction. The others? After my constant denial and refusal to look at plea agreements 2 refused to work my case, 2 inflated their hourly rates to enormous amounts on top of huge retainers. Then there was one who almost got the job. He was a "Criminal" Defense Attorney and when I say "CRIMINAL, I mean "CRIMINAL". He was actually very helpful to me during my ordeal and his help can't go unmentioned but his name will. He is in no way shape or form associated with Vito Deluca. Bottom Line, If your in trouble and you are innocent call Vito.

Does he really care for the community or is it all for the dollar amount

This lawyer is very rude and disrespectul. He should not be allowed to be a judge in any state. He is all about the dollar bill and throwing his efforts in the faces of the many that he claims to have helped.
