Had to terminate this counsel, under the Mack firm, thereby firing the Mack firm. I never asked for her, but she is who the firm threw at me, I was appalled to find her full of head games and false suppositions to get me to plea instead of defend myself. Sadly enough, most of these defense coun...sels, especially in the county of Luzerne, DO NOT want to WORK for a living. The only thing they seem to want to work at all on, is to get their clients to throw their case away into a Guilty plea, like in my case. Tell me why one would need to PAY $9,000.00 for something that one could have a public Defender do, or not even do as good as? My recommendation, apply for a PD and get as good as if not better results, for no money, as was done in my case thereafter.
