I hired Mr. Kansky three years ago to defend me in a multiple count felony state case. Mr. Kansky was very tenacious in his approach to the state and refused to "roll over and play ball" as numerous other local law firms recommended I do. Not only did he prove the state didn't know what they were tal...king about, he got the entire case dismissed. He even told the DA at the one hearing, " You have no case and you know it!
