Fred T. Howe

I hired Fred 10 years ago as my divorce attorney. He is very knowledgeable of the law. He explains things in "my terms" so that I understand my rights and entitlements. He is very knowledgeable of the court system and knows how it works. He successfully followed my case through the divorce process by... pushing a lagging system all the way. In recent years, I have continue to retain Fred for counsel on repeated issues with my ex-husband related to support and custody of my children. Attorney Howe is very up front and explains how every aspect of custody works &what types there are. My ex and I repeatedly tried to figure out schedules ourselves and it left frustration, constant inconsistencies for my daughter, and no secure guidelines. Attorney Howe was solely focused on what was... best for my daughter and helped everyone amicably come to a great resolution.
