What a scum bag
A scumbag who represents even bigger scumbags. Talks down to women and is apparently confused about everything since at least 25% of his emails start with that exact opening.... what a putts

Replied last February 19, 2021Needless to say, I was very concerned by the content of this post. After some investigation, it was determined that, despite the claim this individual hired me, in reality she is on the opposing side of a custody /PFA action wherein she lodged very serious allegations about my client (Father) which were deemed non credible and therefore dismissed. It is unfortunate she chose to express her upset in this way. I certainly wish her nothing but the best.

Replied last November 11, 2020I received a call from this woman, inquiring about a divorce. She began the conversation by stating she was presently represented, was unhappy with her current attorney and wanted to find another lawyer who would "take her husband for everything he is worth". When I explained that is not the way divorce actions "work" and that she will be entitled to what the law provides, she became angry, then emotional. I explained that a divorce results in the division of finances/debts and will only be as dramatic as a party may cause it to be, she became even more frustrated and began yelling. At that point I had no alternative but to suggest she contact another attorney and ended the conversation.
