Allyson represented me on a F2 which I took to a jury trial. THE GOOD: She did a outstanding job from day one when she got my case which was appointed to her because of a conflict of interest in the public defenders office. She was aggressive with pretrial motions and my Rule 600 claim. She took time... preserving issues incase of an appeal but it never came to that because she delivered on cross examination and did a good job guiding the jury to a honest not-guilty verdict. THE BAD: She was hesitant to proceed to trial, in her defense she secured a very good ple-agreement and its always a roll of the dise.
