I am an attorney with years of legal practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I have argued before numerous jurisdiction's courts of common pleas, the federal court for the middle district of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been involved in important cases in matters of civil rights and in matters of land use, and I have worked hard to obtain results for my clients. Read the review it says it all rude arrogant
Contacted this gentleman regarding a parking concern for a disabled man with rights on parking and ada regulations. James was very arrogant rude and not a bit understanding. Don’t use for a loved one or their rights

Great Attorney!
Attorney Brando handled my case which involved me being sued by a company who worked on repairs to my house. These were repairs the company made to my home and the manager stole the money from the company. Attorney Brando managed to get my case dismissed and collaborated with several other attorneys...

He contacted car insurance for my medical needs after a car accident.
Insurance co was trying not to pay for an chiropractor for the damage to my middle back. Mr. Brando was constantly in touch with them whenever a problem arose with this situation. He was able to get the insurance to pay for my medical needs.
