Not wealthy, don’t bother. Empty promises, dismissive attitude, and chokes when put to the test in court. Will NOT return calls, says one thing but does another, asks for more money midstream after saying what was already paid was the final amount and then didn’t do what he demanded the extra money ...for. Forget “privilege” and confidentiality. When reading the 5-star reviews, I can’t help but wonder if they got the attorney wrong.

Att'n D'Andrea was hired to represent for a probation violation. Paid $2,500. He never provided a letter of retainer, which is a violation of PA Disciplinary Board Rules. He promised to file a Petition for Furlough and never even filed it. One month after he was supposed to file the Furlough Petition..., and over 25 unreturned phone calls later, all the while my loved one was still incarcerated, he finally appeared for the first time for 5 minutes at a Gagnun 2 hearing, excoriated me for calling his office, and pretended that he knew nothing about the Petition he failed to file over a month prior, which was the primary reason he was hired. Very shady law practice.

This so called lawyer is arrogant, egotistical, and non-compliant. He does not return phone calls or keep his client informed on the progress, if any, on the case. He is extremely rude and arrogant and a total waste of money (lots and lots) and time. I would actually put up with his unprofessiona...l conduct if he was worth it but trust me you will be sorry you hired him. No returned calls, texts, e-mails or letters. I tried them all. I should have written the checks out to his secretary instead of him because she is the only one you will ever talk to when you call. She has no information and all she can say is she will give him the message which never gets returned. All I can say is do your homework and don't rush in to the first attorney you call or you can be in my very spot. Believe me he is very expensive and not worth a penny. Get a real attorney, not D'Andrea.
