Mr. D'Andrea is not only an expert on the law, but he is also a true humanitarian. I was a client of Mr. D'Andrea for eight months in total. He is gracious, kind, and passionate about helping you. He goes slow and thoroughly explains/teaches what you need to know to understand your case and all of ...the options you have available to you. He always made sure to answer any of my questions, and most times he would get back to me on the same day I called him; if not he would return my call within the next business day. Attorney D'Andrea sold me a bill of goods. Like many of his reviews on 'google': he sells himself confidently, but does not deliver. As noted by other, once you pay him he's never available nor does he take a serious interest in you or your case. For him, it's about the money and not about the client.... I thought--he being a father--he'd fight harder for my son (a juvenile). I was wrong. Not only did he not fight for my son--despite having an excellent defense--he lied to my special needs son stating I agreed to a plea deal I never read or discussed with Attorney D'Andrea. He had my 16 year old special needs child--who has a first grade reading level--sign a plea agreement pleading to one (1) count felony. When I tell you not to hire him: trust me. I wish I read the reviews prior to hiring him. I didn't and I put my faith in someone I shouldn't. I would also add: one doesn't need to believe me. Look at what his license was suspended for--i.e., defrauding the federal government with tax fraud--and ask yourself: if he's willing to try and defraud the federal government--as powerful as they are--do you really think he won't do it to you? Someone he doesn't even consider as powerful? From my understanding, his NJ license is still suspended. He keeps the same old picture online with what appears to be one (1) interview. But he uses it to sway clients and make you think he's amazing. Save yourself the money.
