Attorney Batyko grew up in the South Side section of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended Nativity grade school and then Scranton High School. Attorney Batyko continued his education at the University of Scranton where he graduated magna cum laude in 2005 with B.S. Degrees in both Political Science and History.
Attorney Batyko then attended Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 20% of his class in 2009. While in law school, Attorney Batyko was a member of the Duquesne Law Review throughout all three years, and he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing, as well as the CALI Award for Excellence in Professional Responsibility. Following graduation from Duquesne, Attorney Batyko accepted a Judicial Clerkship and served as law clerk to the Honorable Gregory A. Olson of the Indiana County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Following his Judicial Clerkship, Attorney Batyko moved back to Northeast Pennsylvania to begin his legal career. Later on, Attorney Batyko obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in 2015.
