I was using Jim for years now. He is worthless as a lawyer. He took my $750 3 years ago and never had a court hearing. I called multiple times, he blamed his secretary, he blamed emails, he blamed everyone but himself. It didn't matter how many times I called, how many emails I sent he doesn't get... back to you once you pay him. He does not fight for kids or even get it right on what you can write down on a piece of paper for him. Check out his Google reviews they are all exactly the same as mine. As long as he has his money he doesn't care how he gets it. Don't waste your time with this guy. You might as well say good bye to what your children need, and light your money on fire.
