I help seniors and people with special needs prepare for long term care needs. I assist clients in preserving resources and accessing public benefits to help with th ecost opf long term care.

I prepare comprehensive estate plans for clients to meet their estate planning goals. I prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Financial Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, beneficiary designations and all manner of Trusts as needed. I develop plans to minimize taxes and preserve estates.

I represent Executors and Estate Administrators in managing the estate of a person who has passes away. This includes the preparation and filing of the Petition for Probate, if necessary, advertising the estate, marshalling assets, distribution of the estate, and preparation and filing the the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and Federal Estate Tax Return, if needed.

I file Petitons for Guardianship for proposed guardians of alleged incapacitated persons, gather evidence, and respresent the guardian at the hearing before the Orphan's Court.
