I had a phone consultation with Attorney Frank Santomauro regarding a civil matter and I was very impressed by how he listened to my situation and clearly explained my legal options. Frank was very rude and terrible toward me and my case. I chose frank because kevin (his secretary?) talked him up. Frank was friendly my first appointment and said it'd be settled quickly. I paid his retainer in full , upfront. I employed him for a little over 2 months. Inconsistent updates.... Lengthy response times ( if a response was given at all) and constantly needing "refreshers" and "reminders" on where we were at and the info I'd sent them MULTIPLE times. One of those months, I didn't hear from him at all. I'd only spoken to him 3 times. The last engagement we had, he had a bad temper and sour attitude. He tried to convince me to settle with their first offer and refused to consider my asks. He did not explain why, just kept telling me it'd take a lot of time, which is what I'm paying for. He resigned when I told him I wanted to counter offer and then overcharged me for his "services". **emails that he requested and had me resend because he "didn't want to look for it" There was no warning or info given to me about the case only the invoice. **I have receipts and documentation of interactions and engagements. Don't recommend. Terrible lawyer and an even more terrible person.

This is the first review that I've ever written. But sometimes in life someone does such an remarkable job that you must stop what you're doing, and make the time to recognize that individual, or individuals as it is in this instance. I hired Frank in October of 2016. He came highly recommended... and after meeting with him for an initial consultation I could see why and felt comfortable in moving forward. I will not go into lengthy detail about my case other than to say that I was outside my comfort zone to say the least. I am an honest, fair, hard working individual and wanted someone with similar values to represent me, and that is exactly what I got. It was tough at times, but Frank and Kris helped me throughout the entire process. They gave me the strength to get through it. I was highly impressed with the level of passion they displayed and the countless hours of research that went into making sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. As time went on I didn't feel like I had a lawyer representing me in court. But rather close friends looking out for me. Anyone that has actually had the privilege of seeing Frank in court will tell you how damn good he is. He wowed me on how he represented me and far surpassed my expectations. In the end, we got the outcome that we had hoped for. I can not thank Frank and Kris enough for everything that they did. Job well done and as I said initially, they deserve to be recognized. I will continue to use Frank and Kris for all of my legal matters in the future and I fully encourage anyone that may see this review to do the same. They are both truly exceptional at what they do.

Frank is an amazing attorney. He helped my case , he got it done so quick !! I was in shock. The attorney that I fired before him took years , I couldn't even got a response. I hired Frank everything was done immediately , it was over in 2 months. I wouldn't think twice to use any other Attorney.
