A GREAT ATTORNEY
i had to use kim in 2 cases one criminal and the other child custody and visitation and she was always professional to returned my calls and got me a shorter sentence than the districk attorney was pushing for, if you need a lawyer i highly recommend kim giambetti

unprofessional
I had her representing me in my child custody case, and right before I had to go before the judge to defend a bogus pfa hearing, she walked out on me, over a "petty" issue that was an opinion, and left me to defend myself without legal counsel. And WILL NOT return any phone calls from this incident. ...
