My new “go-to”

For a newer lawyer only 8 years out of school…. This man is AMAZING! Very informative when it comes to questions about any law at all! He is very reasonable with his pricing as well! After going broke using a “top-notch” lawyer for a previous case… I found myself at the public defender’s office for a... more serious case! I was looking at some upstate time! I felt in my head dealing with a public defender, I was going upstate and this was a waste of time! Then I met Doug! Let me tell you…. If I ever get into any trouble again… or if a friend asks for a good lawyer…. Doug is my new go-to! He is very pleasant and compassionate when you speak to him. You can text him at any hour of the day and he is getting back to you in minutes, even if it is just to tell you he will call you back! He actually holds his word on getting back to you about any of your concerns! I have watched him move in the courtroom and for a newer lawyer… he owns that room! He moves around the courtroom like he was born to be there! He will also be very real with you and tell you what you need to do as well to make the case go in your favor! I mean yes, we have to do some “self work” …. But it’s only in the best interest of our case going in our favor! He knows what needs to be done and is the realest lawyer I have ever spoken to or had the pleasure to work on my cases! I only see Doug becoming better and better as time goes on! If it’s even possible because Doug is seriously the best lawyer I have ever worked with! So don’t let him being a new lawyer differ you from hiring him on to fight for you! Because this man is the Rocky of the courtroom! Thank you so much for helping me even when I made it hard to defend me!

Nice guy but weak

I've been dealing with Doug for approximately 1 year with a criminal case. In the beginning I thought he was great. He said he was going to do all these specific things like get an investigator on the case to prove that I was being harassed. And subpoena witnesses. Not. But of course in Lackaw...anna County they do not arrest women for harassment only men. To make a long story short I have many many witnesses and lots of evidence against this person and Doug wanted me to just plead guilty to one summary harassment. There is no proof of harassment I have all the proof on the other individual. Doug is very weak and besides he is fresh out of college. Nice guy though. Unfortunately his inexperience could cost me my freedom. My case should have been thrown out day one. I had to hire a real lawyer for this BS. It also involves several other individuals and police officers in a malicious prosecution. They're just trying to put me in jail without due process and evidence. The plaintiff's own statements under oath even say I was not harassing her or threatening her. It doesn't get any more innocent than that. So yeah Doug sucks as a lawyer.

A working man's lawyer you can trust

When I got my second DUI I was terrified. I knew I needed legal representation right away. I called a few different local lawyers based on reviews, one of which blew me off twice last minute. Completely unprofessional. Doug called me back immediately and set up an appointment to meet at his home. He... answered my questions thoroughly and completely. He fought for me in court. He had my back through the whole process. His rates were reasonable and he was always there to answer my texts. Through his legal expertise, he was able to negotiate my sentence to a fair outcome for both myself and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you want a lawyer who treats you like a priority, this is the man for you!
