Attorney Cummins is exceptional

I would recommend Attorney Cummins to anyone for numerous reasons. He was always prompt in returning my calls and kept me informed at all times. He handled my case with the highest standards and advised me throughout the process. I was thankful for the time he dedicated to my case. Because of th...is I was prepared for all that I encountered throughout the legal process. I was extremely pleased with his integrity and the way he treated me as a client. I was also pleased with the time and energy he put into my case to achieve positive results.

A+ Review for Daniel Cummins

I highly recommend Dan Cummins. He is a remarkable person. I felt completely confident with his representation. His ethics, knowledge, and ability, regarding my case were beyond reproach. Oh... and by the way...He WON.

Excellent Attorney!

Attorney Cummins represented me in a car accident law suit several years ago and renewed my faith in the legal system. He ALWAYS kept me well informed about what was happening with my case, and I felt well-prepared for my depositions and hearings. My phone calls were answered immediately or returne...d promptly, and I never felt as if I was bothering him. He was definitely prepared for everything we encountered, and all the other attorneys seemed to have great respect for him. We had an excellent result which came a lot faster than I had anticipated. Many other people told me lawsuits could drag on for years, but ours was completed rather quickly. During the process of the lawsuit, he explained everything very clearly and simply without ever talking down to me. If I didn't understand something right away, he would take the time to explain it diffently and stick with it until I understood (sometimes it seemed as if everything was in a different language). He was always very professional, yet very approachable. Overall, I recommend Attorney Cummins to anyone who needs a lawyer, knowing from my experience that they will be well represented.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
