Curt Michael Parkins

Just as the other reviewer said Curt Parkins is not the lawyer for any body as I hired him to represent me in a civil rights case against a local county in PA and that idiot filed the case a day late at the Federal court house and then proceeded in the case from the start without any experts to back ...us up.Incredible ! I thought I hire a lawyer to get the job done against the defendants but did I get the surprise! Just like Gomer Pyle said and I quote" Surprise , surprise"! Don't hire this guy at any costs take it from a victim whom was really taken for a ride find another lawyer other then Curt Parkins.

I read the previous review and thankfully contacted Attorney Parkins anyway. After reading said review, I did a little research and discovered Attorney Parkins is a PA Super Lawyer and noted as a rising star from 2016-2018. I also found out that he’s successfully represented multiple cases, several... of which were high profile. I’m glad I hired him. He had my case quickly dismissed and helped me move on from an unfortunate circumstance. I will definitely hire again if ever needed and highly recommend him to all!

Matt Comerford was the attorney we hired. At the sentencing, Curt showed up instead. He was not familiar with the case at all. When asked to make a statement he had one sentence to defend his client "Mr. X has a severe substance abuse problem." The client, Mr. X was left scrambling trying to explain ...the year of treatment he had undergone. A month later, Comerford showed up and had the sentence reconsidered successfully. Because of Curt Parkins's inexperience and inability in a court room, his client spent unnecessary time incarcerated and was forced to pay extra money for the partners at the firm to fix his shortcomings. Walker and Comerford are qualified and competent attorneys, but it's not worth going there to risk being represented by Curt Parkins.
