On July 3, 2020, I became a victim of Domestic Violence. My husband strangled me, assaulted my adult son and destroyed our home. Charges were pressed against him through the District Attorney's Office (DA). The DA referred me to Victims Intervention Program (VIP), where I received counseling. During ...one of my counseling sessions, I was informed VIP had a divorce referral program. VIP referred me to Attorney Farrell in 2021. 2021 was the year of Covid. The initial consultation between Attorney Farrell and myself occurred between a glass door. Attorney Farrell and I discussed possible divorce proceedings. He provided me with details involved to obtain a divorce in Pennsylvania, listened attentively and answered my questions. Attorney Farrell became my divorce attorney. The next four years proved to be trying. During that time, my ex-husband was incarcerated. I obtained a Protection from Abuse (PFA) Order against him. On several occasions, he violated the PFA. Attorney Farrell provided me with exceptional legal counsel. He returned my calls swiftly, addressed my concerns and provide genuine guidance. He kept me abreast of the legal proceedings. He was through, patient and honest. His representation and expertise in the courtroom was exceptional. Thank-you Attorney Farrell and staff. All your time spent, the legal support, guidance, and your representation was remarkable. It's good to know, there are still good people in the world. We had a very disappointing and costly experience with Christopher E. Farrell. The legal advice he provided was not only unhelpful but ultimately led to thousands of dollars in unnecessary losses. Instead of guiding us through the process, he relied on scare tactics and a condescending attitude to pu...sh his opinions, often making us feel like we had no say in decisions that directly impacted us. Communication was poor, and any attempt to ask reasonable questions was met with hostility. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking respectful, competent, and client-focused representation.
