On July 3, 2020, I became a victim of Domestic Violence. My husband strangled me, assaulted my adult son and destroyed our home. Charges were pressed against him through the District Attorney's Office (DA). The DA referred me to Victims Intervention Program (VIP), where I received counseling. During ...one of my counseling sessions, I was informed VIP had a divorce referral program. VIP referred me to Attorney Farrell in 2021. 2021 was the year of Covid. The initial consultation between Attorney Farrell and myself occurred between a glass door. Attorney Farrell and I discussed possible divorce proceedings. The next four years proved to be trying. During that time, my ex-husband was incarcerated. I obtained a Protection from Abuse (PFA) Order against him. On several occasions, he violated the PFA.
