About Robert
Biography
I'm Attorney Bob Munley. My practice is devoted exclusively to criminal defense, primarily in Lackawanna and Monroe Counties, although I will consider accepting cases in Luzerne, Wayne, Susquehanna, Pike and Wyoming Counties. I have offices in Peckville (near Scranton) and Stroudsburg. I regularly meet clients on Saturdays and Sundays.
I am a Board Certified Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and have represented thousands of clients in my 20 years of practice. I've represented clients in jury trials in all counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
My goals for my clients are always to avoid incarceration and protect their records to the extent possible. A large portion of my practice is clients who I have represented in the past or people who have been referred by old clients. I take great pride in charging fair and affordable legal fees.

Very helpful and on top of things
