Background
Jeffrey graduated from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then went to the Oklahoma City University School of Law to earn his Juris Doctor degree, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994.
After law school, Jeffrey completed a Clerkship under Honorable James Munley at the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. In 1996, however, Jeffrey chose to be in private practice. He and Joseph McGraw teamed up to form Nepa & McGraw, P.C. Law Offices, a law firm based in Carbondale, PA.
Jeffrey aims to meet the legal needs of their clients and even exceed their expectations. He understands that each case is unique, and so he constantly strives to provide personalized and unparalleled legal services in order to meet their requirements.
