A will was probated and my client objected due to the will being fraudulent. After six months of discovery and a trial on the merits, we were able to prove to the court that the will was indeed fraudu ... lent and the deceased's estate passed to the rightful heirs. There is a pending criminal investigation into the fraudulent activity surrounding the will forgery.
