I have known and used dozens of attorneys and lawfirms in my lifetime due to my previous profession in the insurance industry. This attorney is unusually professional based on my life experiences. This attorney returned all phone calls promptly or his secretary responded. He gave written notice as re...quested as to his hourly rates and other charges. As requested he provided a monthly statement of all time and expense charges which were accurate. He answered all questions and made sure you understood them in layman's terms. If the question was outside of his field of expertise he immediately advised of same and never pretended to know. He was friendly but did not "milk" any consultation time. He was to the point on all matters discussed. He was prompt with his courthouse appearances. He completed his handling of the estate in a timely fashion. His fees were reasonable for Wayne county. We had a thorough understanding of what each of our responsibilities were to be in the handling of our matter. Also noted...he was well dressed as was his secretary.
