HORRIBLE LAW FIRM Unprofessional and Unreliable – Avoid This Law Firm! I reached out to Farley for a consultation, and he scheduled me to come in, assuring me that he would help me get my children. When I asked about the cost of my case, he provided a price, which I paid in full. As I was countin...g the money, he made an inappropriate comment about how I “count money like a drug dealer”—which was both offensive and unprofessional. Farley assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he would make sure I got my kids. That was a complete lie. The plaintiff failed to appear in court, yet Farley still sided with them. He seemed completely uninformed about my case and was never available when I tried to contact him. Farley & Weed LLC operates more like a basic 9-to-5 job than a dedicated law firm. They charge for every email and phone call, and after I paid him in full, Farley had himself removed from my case—taking the last of my money without actually fighting for me. I strongly advise against us

I hired Tom Farley to represent me on a couple of cases I had he took his 2,500 retainer and after I gave him my retainer he said your best bet is go personal bankruptcy I followed his advice and gave him more money to do some research for me gave him more money and he did nothing and then I pulled m...yself out of the bankruptcy Court with money left in retainer and asked him to represent me on a local case and told me he needed additional money and I refused so he removed himself off of my case and got a judgment against me. This lawyer should loose his ability to practice law! Read his reviews they don’t lie! Next stop for me is the Bar to file a complaint!!!!

do not hire tom farley. he lost my custody case. because he was not prepared. he just wings its. i believe he has a routine plan that he uses. not realizing that each case is different. it was just anther 9 to 5 for him. he could not wait for the day to end. at least 2 times during the trial he sai...d we need to finish up be cause judge chelak needs it to be done in one day. if thats true. its obvious that both chelak and farley have no real concern about a child's life. farley also with held most of the evidence that i ask him to present. so how can a judge make a fare decision without the evidence. i ask him after wards why he did not bring up the evidence. he said it though it would not of helped. my response was. your telling that bringing up such evidence, as how my ex. has gotten tickets for not putting a seat belt on my 5 year son would not of help. just one example of many. he also charges you $65 to travel to meet you every time you have a mediation or court date. the man just does not care.
