About Vincent

Biography

Having assisted over 7,000 clients overcome their financial problems, I am confident I can help you as well. I will take the time to listen to your particular, unique situation, answer your questions, and explain all available options. My clients arrive with problems, but they leave with solutions.

Bankruptcy helps Americans eliminate debts we cannot afford to pay. Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 are the most common forms of bankruptcy. An experienced attorney can explain if either is appropriate for your particular financial situation, or if a non-bankruptcy alternative would be preferable.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases are usually filed to save a home from foreclosure, for outstanding taxes, or when income is too high to qualify for Chapter 7. There are many other reasons to consider a Chapter 13 filing, and my job is to determine what is appropriate in your unique circumstances.

Chapter 7 is the simplest, least expensive way to eliminate outstanding debts. There are limits to the amount of income and assets a Chapter 7 debtor may have, but it is nonetheless the most common bankruptcy filed by individuals and married couples having difficulty making ends meet.

The solution to every financial problem is not a bankruptcy filing. Often there is a more appropriate option, such as debt settlement, credit counseling, or the defense of a collection lawsuit. I can help you determine your best course of action.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy 25%

Chapter 13 is a personal bankruptcy where a payment plan is established with the help of a court-appointed trustee. It is commonly used to save a home from foreclosure, but Chapter 13 can be helpful in many other financial situations.

Excellent attorney and an empathetic person

From the beginning of the bankruptcy process through its completion, Mr. Rubino was both professional and empathetic. He took the time to make sure we understood the process and made us feel that he always had our best interests at heart. What we had anticipated to be a complicated and embarrassing c...ourse of action was made much less so under his excellent guidance and professional expertise. Without reservation, we highly recommend Mr. Rubino to anyone facing bankruptcy.
