Biography
I have always taken the approach that through technology, a small law firm can provide agressive representation to clients. As such in my practice I have challenged successfully some of the the largest corporations in the country.
I am the only board certified Business Bankruptcy Attorney in Northeastern Pennsylvania as certified by the American Board of Certification.
I write a weekly e-Newsletter for the National Association of Bankrtupcy Trustees, where I serve on its Board fo Directors. I also serve as the Executive Director of the Carbon County Bar Associaiton.
I also believe in giving back to my community and am an active volunteer in various civic associations.

Nothing substitutes for experience
