Jason M. Rapa, Esquire is the founder of Rapa Law Office, P.C. Jason practices together with his brother Matthew J. Rapa. Together they provide services not only in the Poconos and the Lehigh Valley but throughout the State of Pennsylvania.
Jason focuses his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy, Consumer Protection and Personal Injury law, while Matthew focuses on Criminal Defense, Consumer Protection and Family Law. Together Jason & Matthew have represented thousands of clients in various fields of law. Jason has successfully handled more than a thousand cases against abusive debt collectors and successfully represented hundreds of individuals in filing for protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Don't waste your time.
We contacted this lawyer to do a bankruptcy case that included death benefits being paid to children. We made an appointment. He arrived over 30 min late. Never apologized. Could tell he was preoccupied with other things... Stated he did not think we qualified for it because my children received paym...

Professional
This was my first time in the legal system, and Attorney Rapa was very professional and knowledgeable. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. I would give him an "Excellent" rating but I have no other experience in my life to compare this to.

Very quick response
I didn't engage Mr. Rapa, but rather reached out through the website with some questions. He was very prompt in getting back to me. We had a fairly brief conversation, he answered all of my questions and spoke to my concerns. He could have easily ripped me off when I asked, "do I need to engage an...

True Professional
