Mark was one of 3 lawyers I did a phone consultation with when I realized that it would be wise to hire representation for my speeding ticket (80 in a 55), which in VA is very scarily a criminal offense (reckless driving) since it was more than 20 miles over the speed limit. Mark gave me the most co...mpetitive quote of any of the 3 lawyers I spoke with (flat $500), dissuaded me from doing some of the unnecessary extra tests that one of the other lawyers had suggested I do (e.g., another lawyer suggested I get my car calibrated from a shady-sounding calibration person that would make his report say something favorable to me). Mark defended my son in a very serious traffic offense. He gave great advice and guidance; we prepared for the case; and he negotiated an extremely good agreement with the prosecutor. So got charged with RD in Prince William County, VA. I just got back from my second deployment and was on my way home to GA when I was caught going 88 in a 60 mph zone.
