Run, and FAST!
Very unethical attorney! While we were at a consult he was bragging about how he gets people to pay for debts they aren't responsible for, so we should feel very confident in his ability to represent us. What an awful man! Run from this practice!

This was not my first rodeo with an attorney. I asked if each month I would get an itemized bill and explanation of costs, this is SUPPOSED to be standard procedure for an attorney. You would have thought I had just asked for his social security number. he basically told me to just trust that what...

Read this!
I would NOT recommend James Havassy as an attorney as he was unempathetic and sarcastic. I believe he did not have my best interests in mind, but his own. In fact, even the staff at his Law office were rude. Run, don't walk away from this practice. Double thumbs down!!!
