Look elsewhere.
I found that his paralegal knew more about the law than did Mr Newman. Every question concerning my case he would put her on speaker phone with him present and she answered all my questions while he remained silent. When he did speak, he was in error and his paralegal corrected him. I would not use o...

Replied last July 22, 2015Attorney Newman is a graduate of Moravian College, received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse Law School and obtained a Master's Degree in Taxation from Temple University, Our paralegals are extremely qualified and knowledgeable in their areas of law. Communication is extremely important to our law firm and our clients. Great effort is made to keep lines of communication open between attorney, staff and clients. Weekly staff meetings are the norm and daily discussions regarding clients and their needs are given priority first thing each morning.

Mr. Newman made suggestions and gave advice into areas that were never brought up in the past by other attorney that are friends. I found him caring for my family and honest about my choices.

You get what you pay for.
Mr. Newman prices were resonable until I found out that he just hands everything over to his secretary to handle. If there is a problem she puts the blame back on him and he never handles the issue. Save your money and find a real attorney who cares about results.

Replied last September 22, 2015Thank you for your comment. Our fees are extremely competitive in all areas of the law. Our firm employs three paralegals who have completed two year programs at local colleges and earned their Paralegal Certificates. In addition, two of our paralegals have four year degrees; one from Muhlenberg College and the other from Penn State University. Client issues are addressed and discussed by Attorney Newman for resolution. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and our office always strives for excellence in our work. Our association with the paralegal in question ended in 2012, when a new bankruptcy paralegal joined our firm after having served her LCCC paralegal internship with us. We are extremely pleased with her commitment to our firm, our clients and her work.
