Hired him specifically to try and convict childrens mother for severe and clear alienation. I gave specific instructions not speak with other attorney about any settlement and to prepare for the case. Not only did he not follow instructions, he came to the final court hearing and cursed me out becaus...e I wasn't taking the new deal they were offering. He pigeon holed me into taking another settlement right before the trial and taking another deal. It was clear he was unprepared, did not read important documents, had no plan on giving me my day court. He was so unprepared that within minutes of trial he stripped me of, that he still mispronounced my daughters name for the millionth time eventhough I corrected so many times over the course of 5 months he was getting paid from me. When I received the agreement in the mail it wasnt even close to what it should have been. When i questioned him about this in writing he refused to answer me on 4 specific items that were supposed to be in the agreement. I took some time to think if i should write a review and report him to the barr and decided that people should know what you will truly lose if you decide to retain him.
