i am sure they are only getting clients because they are listed as in network option from ARAG , i am surprised ARAG still keeping these people. Below are my observations. 1. They don't know what is EMAIL and how to Open it and type response. They never respond to any of our email till date. ... 2. They don't have phones which can make outgoing calls. They never call back . I am guessing they only taken incoming phone connections ,. Till date they never called us one time . 3. Even to talk to Ronda for official scheduled appointments we need to call at given time and keep hold for 15 minutes ...huh .. 4. They don't give damm about your problem and case schedule . 5. I think only person who works in this law group efficiently is help desk lady who answers your phone . One line recommendation : Just Avoid and save your time and energy
