I am glad to hear that some had a positive experience with this attorney. I sure did not. I paid thid guy 6K in case we went to trial and noticed he did not want to go to trial since he already had my money and was not refundable. He turned his back on me, did not defend me properly and I ended up... with the worst sentence possible. I think a public defender would have done better. Perhaps he should stick to DUI clients.

Mr. Collins handled a simple case for me a few years back. It was a horrible Cluster, and should have never been hired to defend me. I brought information, that even the presiding judge told me that it would have made a difference, however, Brian just ignored it! Really? This is the great Brian Col...lins? I am not sure how he got into Wally Worths office, but he is no Wally Worth! I am now living with a Misdemeanor 2nd degree on my record, and have to declare it everywhere I go. During my interview with Mr. Collins, I got the feeling that there was strong tension....like he had known me and did not want to reveal this.....I would not have this man for a lawyer again.
