I had a traffic case that needed legal representation and after doing my research I had (rather fortuitously, upon hindsight) selected this law firm. My first contact was with Ms.Draklan and she impressed me immediately - her attention to the case, suggestions for the path of action for the most favo...urable outcome and her availability to answer questions stood out above the rest (and I have dealt with traffic lawyers before). Her partner in crime (pun intended) Ms.Cincilla then took over in court seamlessly (she knew the details I had discussed with Ms.Draklan) and produced the desired outcome. I have therefore had the distinct pleasure of having worked with both of them and I can say that they are a cut above the rest, not to mention their very reasonable fees. I received a citation of Failure to Obey Traffic Devices on 4/1/2022 in Kutztown, PA Lehigh County. I have my Class A CDL and I am licensed in Ohio. This is a moving violation and carries a 2 point violation in my state, but not in PA because most states have reciprocity laws, meaning because this is... a 2 point violation in Ohio, and not in PA, I would receive the points because Ohio is my licensed state. I contacted Attorney Draklan, spoke with her, explained my situation and she laid all of the details out for me. Explanation of the law, hiring fee, court date, etc. She represented me on my behalf in court, got my violation reduced to a generic non moving violation (0 points) and made me a happy driver. I was just pulled over driving while suspended for the millionth time. I was probably certainly going to jail. I have not had a drivers license for about 38 years. I have been pulled over many times and I’ve gone to jail three times for this. It did not look good for me when I was pulled over recentl...y. I had used Stevie Draklan in the past. That experience was nothing short of a miracle. I can say the same for this time as well. I went down to the magistrate and pleaded not guilty. Scared out of my wits and this was gonna be the wrong thing to do. Stevie was worried that I would never get my license back. She tells me I will get my license back in another year but this would ruin everything. We met at the magistrate. When Stevie arrived, she called out the officer and spoke to him alone. In five minutes she came to get me and told me that the officer was going to drop the charges and change them to a non-traffic violation. For me this was saving my life. I cannot believe the miracles that Stevie pulls off. The officer is supposed to send me a fine right now in traffic violation. This will not ruin my chances to achieve my license in a year.
