Sean Thomas Poll

Sean Poll was a court appointed attorney for me. He lied several times to me in fact I don't think he's ever told me the truth. He canceled all my Court appearances and told me the court had canceled my court dates because of COVID-19. When I finally got into court a year later after sitting in jail ...the entire time and never seeing the man the DA was actually fighting for me while my lawyer was clearly against me. He told me the DA wanted to give me 7 years for being a passenger in a vehicle where there were drugs found in the rear of an open pickup truck that was not mine and I was not the driver, that man got 6 months, time served at his 6 months court date. The DA stated to the judge that I should have the same consideration and sentence as my co-defendant as my lawyer argued against it in court and on record. Sean Poll is a former DA and clearly still wants to be. I would advise anyone fighting a criminal case to seek another attorney. I am going to bring criminal charges against Mr Poll for the Injustice he had done to me. Other inmates I was housed with that had Sean Poll had all went through similar circumstances with him.
