He defended my son Jonathan and the defense was supposed to be base on intoxication but yet he fail to bring to the stand expert on drugs and alcohol that would a least give the Jury the chance to make a more educated desition. How many ordinary people know the effect that syntetic drug lik K2 can ...do to certain individual? is proven that alchoholics can function and hided their addiction from closed family and friend, go to work and do all kinds of thing...but yet he fail to bring and expert to express this fact to a jury, intead he allowed the jury desition to be base on the testimony of two young party goers? can a person tell when someone is intoxicated just by observation....well expert opinion can prove the contrary and that where Mr.Clack fail in Jonathan's case. He just saw a big $$$$$ sing on a pair of desperate parents when they when to his office seeking for help in this horrible situation that ended the life of two young adult.. Kim and my son who has been sentence to life in prison. Mr. Clark was so inefficient that even the forency pscologist coudnt testify because he submitted the report to the Da way toooooo late on the case. if expert would have been call on Jonathan case the out come may have been the same but maybe just maybe the jury would off have seen other evidence that they would off considered. My advice to desprete parents or people looking for legal advice just be carful, at first they would tell you they care, at the end they would not even pick up at phonr you, when you calling to find out and update in your case which is very unprofessional....never the less no lawyer have the right to treat you like you are less just because one of you love ones is accuse of a crime. I'm very disappointed on Mr. Clark and his staff whom was not even there for the trial! Evelyn
