He failed to advise me that there was a 1,000 threshold to my case... I had a case for a charge which was settled outside of court... the charge was for a bad check... we settled for 1001 so this caught the attention of the FDIC (banking regulator) when I got a promotion to VP of my group, they reran... my background and this record came up and since the settlement was more than 1000, I got fired... if this settlement was for only 5$ less I would've still been employed there. So two things... 1. Didn’t give me clear advice on what to do and wasn’t knowledgeable/didn’t care enough to advise further on settlement 2. He did not do the whole job and did not advise I should get record expunged. I have lost a job because of this mans lack of law knowledge. STAY AWAY..

How do I put into words just how great this Attorney is? I've never been in trouble before, had no clue where to turn for help. Originally i had a "public pretender" who seem to only be interested in getting me to plead guilty. After consulting with Matthew Goodge i was fully convinced i had someone who would give me a fighting chance . Mr. Goodge took my case at a more than reasonable price.
