He failed to advise me that there was a 1,000 threshold to my case... I had a case for a charge which was settled outside of court... the charge was for a bad check... we settled for 1001 so this caught the attention of the FDIC (banking regulator) when I got a promotion to VP of my group, they reran... my background and this record came up and since the settlement was more than 1000, I got fired... if this settlement was for only 5$ less I would've still been employed there. So two things... 1. Didn’t give me clear advice on what to do and wasn’t knowledgeable/didn’t care enough to advise further on settlement 2. He did not do the whole job and did not advise I should get record expunged. I have lost a job because of this mans lack of law knowledge. STAY AWAY..

How do I put into words just how great this Attorney is? I've never been in trouble before, had no clue where to turn for help. I called a few different law offices and they all went straight to what their fee would be. Before even hearing anything about my case. He had already done some work. By contacting the judge and the officer about my case. Now this is even before he and I discussed his fee. I was impressed! He returned my call with answers! He made me feel comfortable putting my freedom into his hands. He even worked with me when it came to his retainer fee. He was always prompt and on time with any court appearance I had. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire ordeal. He fought for me, and I am beyond grateful to have found him. If you're looking for an attorney that's going to go above and beyond for you. He's your man! Trust me he will not disappoint you!

Originally i had a "public pretender" who seem to only be interested in getting me to plead guilty. After consulting with Matthew Goodge i was fully convinced i had someone who would give me a fighting chance . Mr. Goodge took my case at a more than reasonable price. He worked with me and stayed in c...ontinuous contact with me about everything pertaining to my case. Mr. Goodges great professionalism and poise was dwarfed by his intellect and experience as a attorney. I honestly felt there was nothing he didnt know and also felt confident placing my life in his hands. It took me 2 yrs fighting my case (1 of it was with Mr. Goodge) and in the end due to his witts and tenacity we were able to walk out of there with a NOT GUILTY verdict. I honestly feel that Mr. Goodge save my life and my family and i would highly recommend him to anybody who's dealing with anything court related. Attorney Goodge represented our college student in a criminal matter relating to underage drinking. He handled the matter skillfully and got an excellent result. His advice and communication skills were top notch. I hired Glenn for a criminal matter. There was a bit of a rush/pressure from him to hire him at the consultation so he could "get started and preserve evidence" the other side had. I made the decision to not talk to other lawyers and hire Glenn on the spot despite my better judgment. I usually lik...e to gather facts, compare, then decide. He was not as fast in doing things as I believed he would be. I followed up with him often to make sure my case didn't get lost. With my following up, and his skills, I am happy with the outcome.
