David Nathan Melman

I have had a few unfortunate run ins with the law in the past 2 years. I had a pending harassment charge in York county and was just arrested for my 2nd DUI in Lehigh county. The lawyers I had spoken to were too costly and didn't even want to answer any of my questions or review my case unless I gave... them a deposit. David on the other hand gave me a very reasonable fee for my DUI case and even drove all the way to York to handle my other case. Not only was he able to get me probation on the charge in York that I would've gotten prison time for otherwise, but he was able to get me house arrest on my 2nd DUI charge in Lehigh (which is normally a mandatory 60 days in jail) and on top of that got the Judge to lower the severity of my Blood Alcohol Level from the highest tier to the middle tier. Instead of 90 days house arrest I only have to serve 45 days. Without David Melman I would've paid a fortune to a lawyer that would not have accomplished what David did. I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know that needs legal help and I thank him every single day for my freedom.
