Dave is the best attorney without a doubt! I had 3 charges of identity theft and was looking at up to 5 years jail time, ARD or being able to only pay restitution. Dave was able to get me my best possible outcome with complete ease. I had a different attorney previous to meeting Dave and I do not bel...ieve I would have gotten the same outcome. Dave was able to explain every little detail to me without hesitation and answered every question I had. I've hired David for multiple cases over the years. He genuinely cares about his clients. Very casual yet professional and diligent with his work. I recommend him to people all the time. He took my brothers case and instead of him being put in a prison he only had to pay a fine! Every case he d...oes his best, you're not "just another number" to him. Other attorneys charge so much for cases and Melman has always been more than fair. He takes the case step by step. If it ends up being a long trial or something then you may have to pay more but he always tells his clients to be prepared. If you want a lawyer who cares, call him. Not a random listing or 'public pretender'. I really can say I am pleased with the results from all my cases, my family members, and even my boyfriend has hired him for years. A few times I thought I was going to do some time or probation but he always fights hard for you and usually just have to pay a fine. I HIGHLY recommend him to anybody in need of reputable lawyer.

Absoultly did a fantastic job. Before i found Mr.Melman, everyone else was offering there services for over a $1000 per appearence. It was a very stressful situation for me because i was facing a list of technicalities that i was being accused of while being on probation. I needed to find someone who... would be able to not only listen and hear my situation, but be able to translate that in a very technical and professional fashion while defending his client to the fullest. I had a feeling i wasn't going to be able to hire a damn good attorney without sufficient funds. With that said, i was on my way to try and reach out to an old public defender who represented me at my sentencing. I entered the building where his office was located at the time and quickly discovered he had not been in his office for almost a full week. As i was walking toward his drop box, i noticed that there was the bin that all the letters were dropping in to,had been overflowed. My hopes of a fair trail just faded Away. While i was walking towards the exit, i started notice that i was on an entire floor of lawyers. I say to myself someone's gonna be able to help me. I started dialing the numbers from all the different business cards that were displayed by the exit, to realize 90% were not criminal defense attorneys. Feeling like a failure i went home to receive a phone call a few hours later from Mr.Melman. It only took me less than 3 minutes to know that David was that one i was looking for. I just hoped that i could of afforded him. As soon as he offered his services for less than half of what the other attorneys were charging, i knew the good lord was looking out for me. Since day one he was nothing more than an intelligent young man who knows his law and takes pride in his work. No matter what obstacle came in my path, he always had a solution in a timely manner. He had my back for over 6 months dealing with my case. He just saved me today February 6, 2017 from being sent back to jail for an unjust cause. I have had a few unfortunate run ins with the law in the past 2 years. I had a pending harassment charge in York county and was just arrested for my 2nd DUI in Lehigh county. The lawyers I had spoken to were too costly and didn't even want to answer any of my questions or review my case unless I gave... them a deposit. David on the other hand gave me a very reasonable fee for my DUI case and even drove all the way to York to handle my other case. Not only was he able to get me probation on the charge in York that I would've gotten prison time for otherwise, but he was able to get me house arrest on my 2nd DUI charge in Lehigh (which is normally a mandatory 60 days in jail) and on top of that got the Judge to lower the severity of my Blood Alcohol Level from the highest tier to the middle tier. Instead of 90 days house arrest I only have to serve 45 days. Without David Melman I would've paid a fortune to a lawyer that would not have accomplished what David did. I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know that needs legal help and I thank him every single day for my freedom.
