Biography
BENJAMIN LICHTMAN dedicates his legal practice to recovering compensation for injured and wronged individuals.
Attorney Lichtman has aggressively litigated a wide-range of serious personal injury cases including automobile accidents, truck accidents, slip & falls, assaults, animal bites, Dram Shop violations, and wrongful deaths. In addition, Mr. Lichtman has fought for victims of defamation, police brutality, and other civil rights violations. He received national media attention for his representation of college football running back Austin Scott in his federal lawsuit against Penn State University, and has successfully recovered substantial settlements for clients injured in car accidents.
Benjamin graduated from Penn State with a B.A. in Psychology, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law, where he concentrated his studies on civil litigation and courtroom advocacy. He has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts, and is licensed to practice before all Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Born and raised in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, Ben has a special connection to the area and feels privileged to serve the members of our community.
