John Joseph Buckley III

I am an associate with Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, where I am a member of the labor and employment law and litigation practice groups. My labor and employment practice focuses on matters ranging from breach of employment agreement and restrictive covenants to discrimination, disability, and wage and hour violations under federal and state laws. In my litigation practice, I am actively involved in a wide range of issues including business litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and contract disputes. I am also a frequent contributor to the firm's Lehigh Valley Legal Blog. I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, I am involved in the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Penn State Liberal Arts Alumni Mentor Program, and the Penn State Schreyer Honors College Alumni Admissions Interview Program.
