I represented a the wife of a man who had passed away and was due proceeds from an asbestos wrongful death settlement. Attorney Heather Wilson and I were responsible for the case. At Trial, our clien ... t was awarded 70% of the proceeds (husband's children from a previous matter received the remaining). Children appealed to the Supreme Court of Virginia. We responded appropriately to the appeal and the Supreme Court of Virginia sided with us and denied the appeal.
